North Dakota, as you can imagine, is a flat flat state filled with acres upon acres of farmland. It was so beautifully green this trip though, due to much rain. Dad, Ed, Cynthia, Tyler and I decided to hike up the hill behind grandma and grandpa's house (Richardton, ND) one morning. And thank goodness, we made it! It is more of a hike than it looks to be, but having not climbed it in many many years, I forgot what a trek it is. The view from atop is amazing...you can definitely see for miles and miles.
